There are a number of initiatives under way as SBS heads into the final quarter of 2010 that will bring improved capabilities to our growing client family. Of course, just around the corner is our premier Client Event of the year – our Annual Client Summit. For the first time, we’ll be hosting the event in 2 locations – Princeton, New Jersey and Dallas, Texas. Personally, client summit is my favorite event of the year as I get a whole day to interact and talk with many of you about your business and what exciting things you’ve got planned for it.
Before delving into client summit, I want to introduce you to some recent additions to the SBS Family. First, we want to welcome the Dynamics clients of Lakeshore Consulting in Chicago. Lakeshore is the newest member of the SBS Group and Paul Silvani’s team extends our capabilities in process manufacturing. We’ve known Paul for a number of years and his expertise in chemical and food manufacturing is superb. We are really excited about extending our reach to the windy city and mid west markets. SBS Chicago will focus on driving deeper into Process Manufacturing solutions as we make SBS Group the go to team for this market segment. In addition to our support for Vicinity Manufacturing, the addition of Lakeshore extends our reach to Batchmaster for GP and soon Dynamics AX for Process Manufacturers.
While strengthening our support and vertical expertise in Process Manufacturing, we went to the Mile High City to build out our already broad expertise in Construction. SBS Group is pleased to welcome the addition of Cardamel Consulting, the premier Dynamics SL partner in the Construction/Homebuilding industry. Recognized as experts in providing turnkey solutions to the home builders around the country as well as other construction/project based organizations, Cardamel extends our portfolio of construction experts, making SBS Group the premier Dynamics partner focused on this important market segment. Carolyn Chasteen and her team will join with our teams in Houston and New York to create a nationwide footprint for construction organizations.
The addition of these two new offices enables SBS Group to offer deeper expertise and wider coverage in our core client segments. To the clients we are welcoming on board; you have the ability to tap into a broad range of solutions now from server virtualization, disaster recovery, Microsoft Sharepoint, CRM and more. Leverage our knowledge to help deliver solutions that drive your organization forward.
Going forward is also what our Client Summit is all about. This year, based on your feedback, we architected expanded breakouts, more time to catch up on messages, and of course timely topics. Our keynote speaker, Kurt Reiman, will share with us his analysis of the economic outlook for 2011. “Navigating the Soft Patch…Skirting a Double Dip Recession” is a must attend event for clients interested in learning what’s ahead for their business. A regular contributor to business news networks such as CNBC and Fox, Kurt leads a team of economic prognosticators at UBS. We think his insight will be valuable to each SBS Group client as they lay out their plans for business in the upcoming year.
