Mobility
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers now can use a range of native CRM applications (apps) for the most popular smartphones and tablets.  Each licensed mobile user can access Microsoft Dynamics CRM from up to three different mobile devices. An offline mode is available on most devices so that Dynamics CRM can be accessed even when there is lack of Internet connectivity. CRM Mobile pricing starts at $30 per user per month. ·

Browser Flexibility
– The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Q2 2012 service update allows end users to access the web client across all modern Internet browsers on various platforms. This includes Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari running on PC, Apple Macintosh or iPad.  ·

Social –
Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables social networking collaboration through activity feeds.  This is further enhanced in the service update to provide additional functionality and simplified access to relevant feeds.  You can now “like” or “unlike” posts in activity feeds, similar to the concept in Facebook, and view a timeline of posts through a filter. ·

Industry Templates –
Microsoft CRM will now have updates around industry templates in the following industries: Life Annuity Insurance Sales, Non-Profit, Health Plan Sales and Wealth Management. These industry templates will provide out-of-the-box functionality relevant to these specific industries with processes defined.   ·

Microsoft SQL Server 2012
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers can now harness the core database engine capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to leverage its performance and scalability advancements. SQL Server 2012 is deployed in all Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online data centers to further increase performance and reliability for your mission critical customer data.
