Business Process Assessment Every project begins with a needs analysis of your organization. Through interviews, onsite visits, workflow studies, and analyses, we determine how your business systems can be improved. We then review our recommendations with your key decision makers. We create two critical documents at the start of each major project: The comprehensive scope document (which records the goals of the project), and the step-by-step project plan (which defines how the goals will be achieved in a timely manner). Both are reviewed and approved by your company before we begin work.
Implementation Working with, not just for clients. SBS Group’s methodology includes a multi-phased approach with milestones to keep the project on time and on budget. A project manager will guide you through the implementation and review progress made against the plan, and address unresolved issues. Frequent, open communication is critical to the success of the project. Our methodology is tailored for business management software, fixed asset and customer relationship management (CRM) software implementations. The result is a streamlined and consistent approach, which facilitates rapid deployment and can be tailored for each client’s specific provisions.
Training Our highly trained consultants can provide 1:1 or classroom style training both online and in-person. We train businesses on Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Dynamics CRM along with Sage MAS 500 & Sage FAS, and Deltek Vision. Training is an important part of any project as it allows the staff to use the system to its fullest potential and gain a return on investment quickly!
