SBS Pacific Canada provides complete end-to-end consulting for the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

We have been providing ERP solutions for over 15 years across Canada and the U.S. with installations in many different industry segments. Our goal is to deliver value to our customers not only in the software solution itself, but also by utilizing our extensive industry experience to provide "best practices" solutions for our customers. 

We specialize in the following vertical markets:  Airports, Oil & Gas, Mining, Job Manufacturing, and Service industries.  We also specialize in providing Power BI dashboards linked in to Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 and other data sources.

AIRPORT MARKET FOCUS

 

SBS Pacific Canada has multiple airport customers across North America and has been working in the airport market for 10 years.  We have developed a standard airport configuration in NAV that includes: standard airport chart of accounts; airport dimensions; the ability to store airport metrics; and a standard dashboard.  Using our standard configuration, we can create a new airport company very quickly using Microsoft Rapid Start Services, allowing us to provide very cost-effective implementations for airports with stunning data visualizations using Power BI.   


MEET THE TEAM

PAUL FERNANDEZ,  GENERAL MANAGER

Paul is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience working at large and small companies in the following industries: engineering; high-tech manufacturing; supply-chain management; mining; software; engineering; and construction. Paul has been consulting for over 15 years and has implemented ERP systems at many companies. As an accounting professional, his strength is in applying his business and accounting background to design the information system to meet the requirements of each customer, and at the same time recommend best practices and procedures.  Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree and two accounting designations (ACMA and CMA).

LOUISE FERNANDEZ,  SALES MANAGER

Louise is a sales professional with 13 years of experience. Her career began in the hospitality industry where she worked for Delta Hotels, a large hotel and resort company which is now part of Marriott International. She graduated from the prestigious Sauder School of Business in Vancouver as a Certified Sales Executive (CSE) and joined SBS Pacific Canada in 2010. 

ANDREW LANE,  APPLICATION & TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Andrew joined SBS Pacific Canada in 2006 and has extensive experience installing and implementing ERP systems.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is certified in various Microsoft software products including Dynamics NAV and SQL.
