MEET THE TEAM
Prior to joining SBS Group in 2008, Joe started his professional career in
public accounting, where as an auditor he attained the necessary experience and
passed the CPA exam. While with a public accounting firm he was asked to start a
consulting practice that focused on the installation and implementation of
microcomputer based accounting packages. In 1992, Joe ventured out to start his
own practice and later became a partner in Business Micro Solutions (BMS) as a
result of a merger in 1994. Under Joe's leadership, BMS grew from approximately
10 to 70 people and led the VAR industry in most key performance indicators,
including profitability, employee retention, customer service, software sales
and total revenues. BMS (which was ultimately acquired by ePartners) installed,
implemented and supported business management systems including Dynamics SL and
Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) for over 800 small to mid-sized businesses.
